Los Angeles, May 22 (NationPress) Singer-dancer JoJo Siwa recently reunited with her ‘Dance Moms’ co-star Abby Lee Miller during a live segment.
The duo connected on the ‘Access Daily’ show hosted by Mario & Kit at Universal’s Epic Universe in Orlando, as reported by People magazine.
Siwa, 22, donned a white tee featuring an image of Mario Lopez from his days as A.C. Slater on Saved by the Bell, and sprinted onto the set to surprise him and Kit Hoover while they were interviewing the renowned dance instructor.
According to People, Miller, 59, was the first individual Siwa embraced during her visit.
“What you have, JoJo, is remarkable, and they don’t possess any of it, even her,” Miller expressed to a younger Siwa while comparing her to her peers in a clip shown to viewers during the televised event.
As the video concluded, Lopez, 51, inquired if Siwa remembered that moment with Miller. “I’m truly questioning this in my life right now. Do I have memories? Or do I have memories because I’ve seen them so often?” Siwa replied.
Hoover, 54, then asked if Siwa recalled her initial thoughts of the formidable teacher. “I do, actually,” said the ‘Karma’ singer, explaining that she first encountered Miller on Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition when she watched her enter the room.
However, the cameras weren’t ready, prompting Miller to redo her entrance, which caught the attention of Siwa, who was just 9 years old at the time. “She’s intelligent. She located the camera. She found me, she’s attentive,” Miller commented about their first impressions. “She was a star.”
After another clip aired showing Miller scolding the girls, particularly Siwa, Hoover commended the 22-year-old for consistently showing gratitude toward Miller over the years. “The one thing I will never lose for Abby, no matter what, is respect. Even years from now, you could do anything, but the respect I hold for you will remain the same as it was when I was 9,” Siwa declared.
