Mumbai, March 7 (NationPress) K Sera Sera Box Office Pvt. The FIR was registered at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai by Kumari Nikita Bhupendra Ratansi, the current director of K. Sera Sera Box Office.
The complaint outlines serious allegations, including financial fraud, forgery, defamation, and repeated threats directed at the leadership of K Sera Sera Box Office Pvt. Ltd.
In response to the situation, Satish Panchariya, Chairman of K Sera Sera, released an official statement on the company's letterhead stating, “The Mishra family acted with intent and deceit, targeting Karishma and exploiting her role to manipulate K Sera Sera’s resources for their fraudulent activities. Their true motives were never aligned with legitimate business practices, but rather a calculated effort to execute financial fraud and misappropriate company funds.”
He further remarked, “They have attempted to damage the reputation of K Sera Sera, and we will not accept such criminal behavior. Our organization is founded on the principles of transparency, trust, and ethical business conduct—values that these individuals have grossly undermined.”
The statement continued, “Not only did they misuse Karishma’s authority within K Sera Sera, but they also initiated a campaign of intimidation, extortion, and unfounded defamation against me personally. When their fraudulent activities came to light, they resorted to blackmail, resorting to threats, and disseminating false claims through social media. Their conduct is not only unlawful but also a direct affront to the integrity of the entertainment sector. We will ensure that stringent legal measures are pursued against them, and we are committed to seeking justice to the fullest extent.”
The official statement emphasized that K Sera Sera swiftly terminated Karishma's employment to mitigate any further harm. Nevertheless, following her dismissal, Karishma, along with her in-laws and husband, reportedly began to harass and threaten the company’s leadership.
