Mumbai, Sep 14 (NationPress) The talented actor and comedian Kapil Sharma extended a playful challenge to Jagapathi Babu during his appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show, where he was accompanied by the stars of Mirai, including Shriya Saran, Teja Sajja, and Ritika Nayak.
Jagapathi, known for his roles in over 170 films, was put to the test to list all his movies consecutively, with the stipulation that if he paused for more than 3 seconds, he would forfeit the challenge.
He successfully rattled off titles like “Manchi Manushulu, Simha Swapnam, Adavilo Abhimanyudu, Peddarikam, Jagannathakam, and Shubhalangam.
However, he humorously quipped, “I could say nonsense also no one would know,” leading to laughter from the audience.
He further amused everyone with his witty political remark: “South superstars usually venture into politics. I've always been a villain; if I step into politics, I’ll be the hero because wahaan toh aur bhi zyada villains hai (there are more villains there).”
Kapil initiated the episode by sharing that the only Telugu word he knows is ‘Telugu’. He jokingly suggested that since his guests may not be well-versed in Hindi, they might converse in English, poking fun at his own limited English skills.
This entertaining episode also included some unexpected revelations, such as Teja Sajja affectionately calling Jagapathi a romantic at heart, along with the hilarious exchanges between Kapil and Teja.
Moreover, Shriya recounted her first encounter with her Russian husband, Andrei Koscheev: “I accidentally booked a flight for the wrong month and ended up alone on a cruise to the south of Maldives, where I met Andrei.”
“We knew nothing about each other, but we began diving together, and that’s how it all started,” she added.
Shriya also mentioned that the first film Andrei ever watched was “Drishyam,” and he was quite terrified after viewing it.
