With affection and nostalgia, Kapil recounted how Dharmendra always regarded him as family. “He always considered me like his own son. There will be nobody like him ever,” he reminisced, highlighting the unwavering love he received from the legendary star.

Kapil disclosed that although audiences first became familiar with him through local Laughter Club performances, it was Dharmendra who emerged as his greatest supporter, even waiting for almost two hours in Toronto just to witness Kapil's performance. This kind gesture had a profound effect on him, reinforcing a connection that transcended the screen.

Furthermore, Kapil shared a cherished voice note where Dharmendra blessed his show, a memory that remains dear to him. As a heartfelt tribute to both his late father and Dharmendra, Kapil performed the touching song “Chithi Na Koi Sandesh,” moving both the audience and judges to tears. “The whole world loves him,” Kapil emphasized, encouraging everyone to honor Dharmendra’s unparalleled legacy and the love he fostered through generations.

For those unaware, the legendary superstar Dharmendra passed away on November 24, at the age of 89. He had been placed on a ventilator in mid-November due to breathing complications.

Following this, he was discharged from the hospital and returned home, where his treatment continued.
