Mumbai, Dec 17 (NationPress) Actor Karan Tacker, who has been garnering positive feedback for his newly launched series Bhay: The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery, shared a peculiar and unsettling experience he encountered during the filming.
In an exclusive conversation with IANS, he recounted, “We were engaged in a particular scene involving myself and a character named Niharika, and typically, we operate with two cameras.”
Elaborating on the specifics, he mentioned, “I was positioned for a close-up shot, while a camera situated in the corner remained turned off.” He confided that he felt an unsettling sensation at one point.
Further detailing the technical setup, he said, “One camera was angled in the corner, while another was actively capturing my close-up from a different perspective. Like any camera, it requires a button press to initiate recording.”
Adding to the intensity of the moment, Karan remarked, “Interestingly, the camera that was turned off actually captured the entire scene.”
The eerie element of the occurrence was enhanced by the shot's angle. “It documented the entire scene from a uniquely odd Dutch angle,” he explained.
Describing the footage, Karan noted, “It recorded a dramatically close-up view of me from below, during a scene where I was trying to convey a heavy narrative about Niharika, yet struggled to articulate it.”
He summed up the experience, stating, “It was remarkably strange that it produced a well-composed close-up in a Dutch style, despite no one activating the camera.”
