Kareena Kapoor's Surprising Meeting at Her Kids' Annual Celebration

Mumbai, Dec 20 (NationPress) It was a unique moment to witness Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan alongside actor Shahid Kapoor in the same frame at their children's annual school event.

Kareena was accompanied by her husband Saif Ali Khan and sister Karisma Kapoor, as their sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan participated in the festivities. In a video clip, Taimur was captured performing hand gestures with a serious expression. Kareena was seen recording her son's stage performance. Shahid sat just behind her, accompanied by his wife Mira Rajput.

Following their appearance together, images and videos quickly circulated on social media, prompting fans to reminisce about their iconic film “Jab We Met”, which premiered in 2007.

This beloved film narrates the tale of Aditya Kashyap, a heartbroken businessman who boards a train and encounters the chatty Punjabi girl Geet Dhillon. Their missed train leads to a shared journey to her home, resulting in a transformative love story.

The Bollywood star also took on the role of cheerleader for her younger son Jeh, who was seen dancing on stage dressed in an elephant costume.

Regarding their upcoming projects, Kareena was last featured in Rohit Shetty’s “Singham Again”, sharing the screen with notable actors like Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Jackie Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Deepika Padukone.

On the other hand, Shahid Kapoor's unnamed action thriller, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, is scheduled for release on December 5 next year.

This film will also feature Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, and Randeep Hooda.

Film producer Sajid Nadiadwala announced on X that filming commences on January 6, 2025, with a release planned for December of the same year.

This week, Shahid disclosed that he has started preparing for his role as an “edgy and nasty” gangster from the 1990s.

Shahid is reportedly set to portray Hussain Ustara, a notorious criminal in the upcoming action thriller directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.
