Kartik disclosed that his top moment from the film occurs when he confronts Katha's (played by Kiara) ex-boyfriend Tapan in his workplace.
Reflecting on the scene, the 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa' star mentioned,
"I believe this became one of my favorite sequences. Actually, it wasn't intended to unfold this way, but in Satyaprem Ki Katha, the revenge element turned out to be my pivotal moment. We shot this at Lower Parel, and the scene required Tapan to encounter this situation in front of everyone at his workplace."
Kartik also pointed out that a significant portion of this scene was spontaneous, as it wasn't pre-planned.
In his caption, he wrote, "#Repost - This film not only provided me with one of the most cherished roles of my career but also placed me in a narrative that resonated with audiences and made an impact! The love story of Sattu and Katha continues to resonate... today, tomorrow, always. #SatyapremKiKatha 2 Years...@nadiadwalagrandson @namahpictures 2 years of #SatyaPremKiKatha and Sattu’s reveal of the story behind that iconic slap scene (Wasn’t it satisfying?)"
