Mumbai, March 8 (NationPress) In the lead-up to the 25th installment of the IIFA, actor Kartik Aaryan and filmmaker Karan Johar were caught exchanging playful jabs while rehearsing for their hosting duties.
Kartik took to his Instagram to share a video showcasing the two stars playfully arguing about who holds the title of the true “royalty” in Indian cinema.
The clip starts with Karan asserting: “Royalty signifies something, Kartik. I am the emperor of Bollywood, not you.”
In response, Kartik quips, “If you’re the emperor, then I’m the prince of Indian cinema.”
“Oh my god, you and royalty? I’m the real royalty here,” Karan retorts, to which Kartik humorously comments on the director’s recent weight loss.
