Mumbai, Aug 6 (NationPress) Krishna Shroff, the daughter of the renowned actor Jackie Shroff, is currently starring in Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. She is encountering an unforeseen hurdle that is causing her both frustration and emotional turmoil on the reality show.
In the next episode, Krishna is feeling unwell, struggling with an upset stomach that hampers her ability to participate in household tasks or immerse herself in village life.
The kind aunty from the household where Krishna is residing, oblivious to her ailment, was devastated when she noticed that Krishna wasn’t eating like the rest of the family.
Previously, when the contestants were offered a plate of homemade bhujiya sev, Sumukhi and Samriddhi eagerly dug in, but Sumukhi gently remarked that Krishna wouldn’t partake. The aunty, believing she had done something wrong, broke down in tears.
In response, Krishna immediately embraced her and attempted to soothe her distraught host, saying: “Arey aunty, aap ro mat (don’t cry). I am very happy to be here.”
She added, “She is so pure and I didn’t want her to feel bad. I reassured her that it wasn’t because of her. I follow a rigid routine, and when I can’t adhere to it, mera dimaag bohot kharab hota hai (my mind gets very messed up). The way I eat is quite different. I sincerely apologize; it hurt me to see her cry for me.”
The show is pushing the boundaries of its celebrity contestants as they have swapped their luxurious lifestyles for the simplicity of Bamuliya village in Madhya Pradesh.
Hosted by Rannvijay Singha, the show features 11 celebrity women, including notable personalities such as Anita Hassanandani, Aishwarya Khare, Anjuum Faakih, Krishna Shroff, Dolly Javed, Erica Packard, Rameet Sandhu, Reha Sukheja, Sumukhi Suresh, and twins Samriddhi and Surabhi Mehra.
The show is broadcast on Zee TV.
