Why Did Aishwarya Khare Choose to Participate in the Rural Reality Show ‘Chhoriyan Chali Gaon’?

Mumbai, July 16 (NationPress) Television actress Aishwarya Khare, renowned for her role in the series "Bhagya Lakshmi," has shared insights into her choice to participate in the rural reality show “Chhoriyan Chali Gaon.”

She explained what attracted her to this project and why its premise resonated with her. In an interview with IANS, Aishwarya mentioned that her long tenure portraying Lakshmi had significantly influenced her public persona, and this new venture provided her a chance to reconnect with viewers as her authentic self. Aishwarya stated, “The primary reason I agreed to join the show is that after embodying Lakshmi for such an extended period, I had fully embraced the character. People recognize me as Lakshmi and remember me in that light. Thus, this show serves as a platform for the audience to see me as Aishwarya, beyond the fictional character. That was a significant motivation.”

“Moreover, I aspired to explore something different after Bhagya Lakshmi. Choriyan Chali Gaon appeared to be a perfect opportunity to venture into new territory. I genuinely appreciated the concept—it holds great relevance and meaning in today’s context. Being able to showcase this on Zee TV made it an even greater opportunity for me.”

When queried about her previous experiences in a village, Aishwarya Khare recollected, “Yes, but only once during my childhood—perhaps in fourth or fifth grade. I don’t retain much, but I do have memories of no electricity, cold water, and my grandmother cooking on a traditional stove. I vividly remember opening the gate to our home and gazing at a sprawling mustard field shrouded in fog. It resembled a cloud descending upon it. It was incredibly beautiful. Those are small memories, but my actual experience of village life is practically nonexistent.”

Discussing her preparations for the show, Aishwarya expressed that her wardrobe and mindset have been crucial focal points. “The two aspects I’ve concentrated on the most are my attire and my mental state. I’ve always believed in not giving up without an attempt. That mindset has consistently supported me. So, I’m approaching this with the intention of trying everything. I never say, ‘I can’t do this’ before giving it a fair shot. In fact, I believe that overcoming challenges presents a sense of accomplishment.”

“I’m tackling this with the aim of becoming stronger—mentally, emotionally, and physically. I genuinely think this show can assist me in that growth.”

Zee TV is preparing to unveil a unique reality show titled Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, which brings together eleven independent women from urban settings as they leave behind the conveniences of city life to immerse themselves in traditional Indian village living.

The show will be hosted by Rannvijay Singha, famed for his work on Roadies.
