Mumbai, Oct 3 (NationPress) Actress Malvika Raaj, who gained fame as the young Pooh in “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham”, has unveiled the name of her precious baby girl. In the first image shared on her social media, Malvika is cradling her newborn with a radiant smile, while her husband, Pranav, stands beside her, gazing at both with profound affection.

Wearing a cream floral outfit, the actress exudes joy as she looks at her baby, who is snugly wrapped in a matching floral garment. Malvika captioned the heartwarming photo: “40 days of Mahara. On the auspicious day of Dussehra, we officially named our baby girl.” Among the pictures, one prominently displays Malvika's dupatta featuring the name ‘Mahara’ embroidered in pink.

Another snapshot showcases the new parents donning coordinated outfits while celebrating this special occasion with their daughter. Malvika also sported a necklace inscribed with ‘Mahara’, symbolizing the name's personal importance. The couple initially announced their pregnancy in May 2025.

Malvika previously shared a joyful photo with her husband, where they wore caps stating “Mom and Dad” while holding a positive pregnancy test. The caption read, ‘You + Me = 3. #ourlittlesecret #babyontheway.” In August 2025, they joyously announced the arrival of their daughter.

The couple released a pastel-themed card stating, “Pink bows, tiny toes, and love that overflows. Welcome to the world, baby girl. 23-08-2025. Malvika and Pranav.” Malvika also shared various glimpses from her maternity photoshoot, including a stunning picture of herself in a red floral outfit, adorned with floral motifs during her shoot.
