On the technical side, the cinematography for the film is being executed by Alejandro Martínez, known for his work on projects such as "Automata", "Stay Alive", "Fallout", and "House of the Dragon", while music will be composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
On Saturday, Vijay revealed his next project through a special post on social media.
In an announcement on his official Instagram account, Vijay stated, "My next is-#VDxShouryuv. Introducing the team taking on the daunting challenge of bringing this compelling film to life. Thrilled to collaborate with this dynamic global team alongside Shouryuv, who possesses a wild imagination and a passionate heart."
He further declared, "ROAR my friends. I will offer you my all. Peak excitement and abundant love. #EricDurst," he concluded.
Additionally, Vijay is set to star in the period drama "Ranabaali", where he will share the screen with his partner, Rashmika Mandanna, in this much-anticipated film.
According to sources, "Ranabaali" will draw inspiration from real events of the 1850s that were overlooked in mainstream history, shedding light on incidents misrepresented by the British.
Sources have clarified that "Ranabaali" is not a biopic but rather a cinematic reconstruction of an era based on various real accounts, oral histories, and suppressed records.
For those unaware, Rashmika and Vijay previously worked together in "Geetha Govindam" and "Dear Comrade", making "Ranabaali" their third collaboration.
