Mumbai, Oct 25 (NationPress) National Award-winning actress and producer Neetu Chandra has shared her joy upon receiving appreciation from PM Modi for her heartfelt music video dedicated to the Chhath Puja festival.
PM Modi took to his X, formerly known as Twitter, to promote the song 'Pahile Pahil Chhathi Maiya', performed by the iconic singer Sharda Sinha. He stated in Hindi, “On this auspicious occasion, I’m sharing some enchanting songs of Chhathi Maiya that will captivate all listeners.”
The song, released in 2016, was co-produced by Neetu and her brother Nitin Chandra. She expressed to IANS, “As a proud daughter of Bihar, I feel my heart swell with pride at the blessings of Chhathi Maiya and the Prime Minister. Jai Chhathi Maiya!”
Additionally, Neetu launched her film, 'Chhath' on WAVES OTT, celebrating the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of Bihar, on October 24. The film honors the devotion and discipline surrounding one of India's most revered festivals, Chhath Pooja.
