Key Takeaways
Mumbai, April 10 (NationPress) Singer Palash Sen has released a fresh track, emphasizing the importance of patience in today’s world of rapid short-format content consumption.
Taking to Instagram, Palash offered a sneak peek of his new music video, suggesting that the Euphoria fans would appreciate it far more than those who prefer superficial content.
“It’s storytelling time.. Here’s a brand new narrative from the desert that’s available now. In an age dominated by quick, bite-sized content, we've endeavored to create something filled with Sabr (patience),” he expressed.
He added: “We believe you possess the patience to watch and savor it, as the Euphoria audience is distinct from those who consume shallow content. Go ahead, enjoy it, and feel free to reach out to me; I promise to respond. This is more than just a song or a film; it’s an emotion. Marhaba!”
Palash founded his band Euphoria during his college years, where he began composing songs, initially in English. His first known composition is 'Heaven on the Seventh Floor', an homage to his college hostel room located on the seventh floor.
The band’s inaugural release, 'Dhoom Pichuck Dhoom,' was a significant commercial success, garnering acclaim from critics worldwide.
Euphoria has since established itself as a prominent Indian band, with five successful studio albums, one compilation, and seventeen music videos. Palash made his Bollywood debut with 'Filhaal...', directed by Meghna Gulzar, featuring stars like Tabu and Sushmita Sen. He also composed an eight-and-a-half-minute track for the film.
Recently, Palash encountered veteran actor Anupam Kher during a flight, referring to him as a “national treasure” and a continual source of inspiration.
On Instagram, Palash posted a photo alongside Anupam, writing: “30,000 feet in the air and in the best company I could have wished for! I shared a flight with the legendary @anupampkher today. Although I’ve met him numerous times, this time the fan in me finally asked for a picture,” he captioned.
He further expressed: “I am a true admirer and refer to him as Sir. He serves as a teacher in countless ways - as an actor, director, and human being. It’s always inspiring to witness his energy and humility. He has remained this simple man, incredibly intelligent and unbelievably warm.”
Palash also praised Anupam’s directorial project, 'Tanvi The Great', stating that it deepened his respect for the veteran actor. He encouraged audiences who haven’t seen the film to do so, labeling it a must-watch.
“I recently viewed his directorial debut, and my admiration knows no limits. Everyone who hasn’t watched 'Tanvi The Great', please do so at your earliest convenience; it’s a favor to yourself. Thank you, Anupam Sir, for all the entertainment over the years. Always take care. You are a national treasure, and we all cherish you.”
