Priyanka Chopra Jonas Receives Honor at Red Sea International Film Festival

Mumbai, Dec 12 (NationPress) Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has been awarded at the ongoing edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival. On this occasion, the actress stated that she is a firm believer in the universal power of entertainment to unite individuals.
With this honor, the actress joins the previously announced Red Sea Honouree, Viola Davis, as the film festival celebrates and acknowledges her remarkable career and contributions to the film industry.
The actress expressed, “I am truly humbled to be honored at the Red Sea International Film Festival, a celebration of storytelling that transcends languages, borders, and cultural divides. I have always held the belief that entertainment has the power to unite people, and I commend the Red Sea team for their dedication to showcasing the incredible talent and diverse narratives being told globally, not limited to Hollywood or Bollywood, but extending far beyond.”
She further reflected, “Looking back on nearly 25 years in the industry, I feel grateful to have witnessed and contributed to narratives that challenge perceptions, inspire transformation, and connect us all. Priyanka, who has received two National Film Awards, was honored with the Padma Shri in 2016. She has also been featured on Time's 100 most influential people list and Forbes' World's 100 Most Powerful Women. As a trailblazer in entertainment, Priyanka has bridged various industries, advocated for representation, and continues to influence global cinema and culture.
