Chennai, Feb 19 (NationPress) After achieving remarkable success in India, director Nelson's sensational film, 'Jailer', featuring Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role, is gearing up for its release in Japan.
This much-anticipated film is set to hit theaters in the land of the rising sun on February 21.
Social media buzzes with excitement as fans in Japan confirm that the film will be shown on a significant scale, with numerous additional screens being added in various locations.
It’s noteworthy that Jailer emerged as a blockbuster upon its release in India, grossing an incredible 650 crores globally!
The film, which was met with positive reviews, had a strong opening. Its overseas distributor, Ayngaran International, reported that it earned a staggering 33 crores on its first day, marking the highest opening day for Superstar Rajinikanth!
In addition to Rajinikanth, Jailer features renowned actors such as Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal, Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar, Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff, Telugu actor Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Mirna Menon, Tamannaah, Vasanth Ravi, Naga Babu, Yogi Babu, Jaffer Sadiq, and Kishore.
