Mumbai, Sep 8 (NationPress) Actress Rasika Dugal has commenced filming for the initial schedule of the cinematic interpretation of the beloved web series ‘Mirzapur’ in Mumbai.
A source familiar with Rasika, who embodies the character of Beena Tripathi in the “Mirzapur” saga, conveyed: “Rasika has thoroughly prepared for her role and has seamlessly re-entered Beena’s realm. There’s significant excitement surrounding the reunion of the entire cast, but what stands out is the profound impact her character is poised to deliver.”
The insider further noted: “From what we’ve observed thus far, it appears that Beena Tripathi will introduce an unprecedented element to the Mirzapur universe.”
The cast also features Ali Fazal and Pankaj Tripathi, who will reprise their roles as Guddu Pandit and Kaleen Bhaiya. Current discussions suggest that actors Jitendra Kumar and Ravi Kishan have also joined the film’s lineup, although their character details remain undisclosed.
