Mumbai, Oct 13 (NationPress) Actress Raveena Tandon is absolutely thrilled as the festive season kicks off, expressing her gratitude to her motherland India for its vibrant culture, rich history, and endless sources of joy.

Raveena shared a collection of images on Instagram from her Karva Chauth celebrations alongside Sunita Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavna Panday, Sonam Kapoor, and Mira Rajput, among others.

In her caption, she wrote: “And the season of celebrations begins! Love, family, birthdays (happy 18th my son from another mom @raunakdhoot), happiness, smiles, colors, laughter, music, dancing. Thank you my India, my motherland, for providing me with this rich, colorful culture, history, and reasons for joy! (sic).”

Previously, the actress had showcased her intricate henna design for Karva Chauth, featuring the names of her children, parents, and husband.

Additionally, she mentioned attending a “pawsome” event, which she described as the best she has ever participated in.

She captioned another post: “Had a ‘Pawsome’ day! The best event I’ve ever attended!!! Loads of love and treats and kisses from some of our doggie babies! Thank you #drhingole and Parel Veterinary Hospital for this amazing day.

On the acting front, Raveena, mother to actress Rasha Thadani, last appeared in the film Ghudchadi directed by Binoy Gandhi, which features Sanjay Dutt, Parth Samthaan, Khushalii Kumar, and Aruna Irani.

In the OTT space, she was last seen in Karmma Calling, which also stars Namrata Sheth, Varun Sood, and Vikramjeet Virk. This series is the Indian adaptation of the TV show Revenge, inspired by Alexandre Dumas' 1844 classic, The Count of Monte Cristo.

Next, she is set to appear in the tentatively titled Suriya 46, featuring Suriya and Mamitha Baiju in lead roles. This film was officially announced in April 2025, marking it as the actor's 46th project.
