In an emotional Instagram post, Raza shared a memory of himself as a baby in his mother’s embrace, showcasing the profound connection and sense of security she provided from the start of his life. The seasoned actor described his late mother as both bold and protective.

Alongside a nostalgic image, Raza Murad expressed, “Today marks the 18th death anniversary of my late mother, Liaqat Jahan Begum (3.4.1928-12.11.2007). Here I am as an infant in her lap, your friend, Raza Murad. She was an incredibly brave and protective mother who raised her four children through immense struggle, pain, and sacrifice.”
