Release Date Announced for Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor's Romantic Comedy 'Loveyapa'

Mumbai, Dec 26 (NationPress) The creators of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor's much-anticipated romantic comedy have disclosed its title along with the release date.
Named “Loveyapa,” the film is helmed by Advait Chandan and is scheduled to be released in cinemas on February 7, 2025. To unveil the title, the creators posted on Instagram with the message, “Situationship? Relationship? Love ka syapa? Ya Loveyapa? See you in theatres on the 7th of Feb 2025.”
“Loveyapa” is an intricate narrative that delves into the theme of love and its hurdles, skillfully intertwining humor and emotion to deliver an engaging cinematic journey. This venture is supported by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment.
Set against the backdrop of contemporary romance, this upcoming film presents a touching narrative that honors love in its myriad forms.
On September 17, Advait launched the project by sharing a poster depicting a young couple capturing a selfie. The poster hinted at the storyline, stating, “The theatrical release of our film about Love, Likes, and Everything in Between. SAVE THE DATE!!! 7-2-25.”
Khushi, the daughter of the late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, made her debut in Zoya Akhtar’s web film “The Archies,” an Indian adaptation of the beloved comic series. She played Betty Cooper in the 2023 film, which also starred Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, and others in significant roles.
In addition to her collaboration with Junaid, Khushi is also rumored to appear in an upcoming film alongside Saif Ali Khan’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan.
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan's son Junaid made his acting debut in the Netflix film “Maharaj,” portraying the role of the reformer and journalist Karsandas Mulji. The film also featured Sharvari, Shalini Pandey, and Jaideep Ahlawat. Based on a true historical court case, “Maharaj” was released on June 21 of this year.
“Loveyapa” will represent the theatrical debut for both Junaid and Khushi.
