Rohit Shetty Radiates Cool Dad Energy This New Year

Mumbai, Jan 1 (NationPress) Filmmaker Rohit Shetty took to social media to share touching moments featuring his son Ishaan as they celebrated the New Year.
On Wednesday, the director uploaded a couple of snapshots of him and his son posing together. Accompanying the images, Rohit expressed, "Guarded and guided by angels. Happy New Year to all!"
In the photographs, Rohit and his teenage son Ishaan are seen grinning and striking a pose, offering fans major father-son goals.
Recently, the creator of the ‘Singham’ franchise also shared glimpses from their “all boys trip” to London and Paris. He posted a picture of the duo with the caption, "When your teenage son takes you on an ALL-BOYS trip. #London #Paris."
In a reel, Rohit documented the memorable experiences from their adventure, showcasing the brilliantly illuminated Eiffel Tower, a visit to a cathedral, performances by street musicians, and their leisurely stroll along Regent Street.
Meanwhile, Shetty's latest film, “Singham Again,” features a star-studded cast, including Ajay Devgn in the lead role, alongside Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Arjun Kapoor.
After the film’s release, Arjun, who portrays the character Danger Lanka, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Rohit Shetty. He reflected on the opportunity, acknowledging the director's belief in him when others were hesitant to offer him such a role.
On Instagram, Kapoor shared behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the Singham Again sets, stating, “The perfect role, at the right time, with a director who believes in you — sometimes, that’s all it takes. Grateful beyond words for the trust he’s shown in me when not many were willing to, and for creating a character so close to his vision that audiences have loved.”
He added, “This journey of becoming Danger Lanka has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you, @itsrohitshetty sir and team, for making every moment on set unforgettable. I’d do this all over again in a heartbeat! #SinghamAgain.”
As the fifth installment of Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe, “Singham Again” is among the most expensive Indian films ever produced. The film premiered on November 1, 2024, competing with Kartik Aaryan’s horror comedy “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.”
