Salman Shares Heartwarming Clip of 'Mother India' Salma Khan Celebrating Her 83rd Birthday

Mumbai, Dec 10 (NationPress) On the occasion of Salma Khan's 83rd birthday, her son and Bollywood megastar Salman Khan found a unique way to celebrate his “mother India”, who is married to the illustrious screenwriter Salim Khan.
Salma's birthday festivities took place in Mumbai at her daughter Arpita Khan's newly opened restaurant. The “Dabangg” star shared a delightful video on his Instagram, featuring his mother dancing alongside his brother Sohail Khan.
For the caption, the “Wanted” actor expressed: “Mummyyyyyy happy birthday…. Mother India, our world…..”
Actress and Salman's ex-girlfriend Sangeeta Bijlani joined the celebration in the comments, writing: “Happy birthday mom.”
Sohail also posted several videos on Instagram, showcasing moments of him dancing with his “mother India.”
In one of the clips, Salma is seen cutting a large cake, surrounded by her daughters Arpita and Alvira, along with other family members.
He captioned the video: “Happy birthday mother India (red heart emoji).”
Born Sushila Charak, Salma Khan and Salim Khan share four children: three sons—Salman, Arbaaz, and Sohail—and one daughter, Alvira. Salim Khan later married actress Helen in 1981.
Recently, Salman had a performance in Dubai as part of his Dabangg Reloaded Tour. He also shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram, where he was seen rehearsing for the show.
This marked his first international appearance following threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He was joined on the tour by other stars such as Tamannaah Bhatia, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonakshi Sinha, Aastha Gill, Sunil Grover, Prabhu Deva, and Maniesh Paul.
This event comes in the wake of death threats issued to Salman by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Earlier in October, Salman’s close friend Baba Siddique was murdered near his office in Mumbai's Bandra area.
Notably, Baba Siddique, who had strong ties with the Hindi film industry, was killed by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
