Hyderabad, Dec 19 (NationPress) The producers of the much-anticipated action film 'The Paradise', directed by Srikanth Odela and starring Telugu heartthrob Nani, announced on Friday that actor Sampoornesh Babu will portray a character named 'Biryani' in the movie.
Nani took to his X account to unveil the first look of Sampoornesh Babu, stating, "Sampoo as BIRYANI :) #TheParadise @sampoornesh."
The initial poster showcases Sampoornesh with a beedi in one hand and a weapon in the other, his expression serious and his hands stained with blood.
This film has generated significant buzz among audiences and movie enthusiasts for various reasons. Many believe 'The Paradise' will be another remarkable cinematic achievement from Srikanth Odela, highlighting his unique storytelling style.
For those unfamiliar, Srikanth Odela was previously an assistant director for renowned filmmaker Sukumar in 'Nannaku Prematho' and 'Rangasthalam'. He made his directorial debut with 'Dasara', which featured Nani and received both critical acclaim and commercial success, surpassing the ₹100 crore milestone. Now, Odela and Nani are collaborating once more for 'The Paradise'.
Also joining the cast is popular Bollywood actor Raghav Juyal, who was welcomed aboard earlier this year. Although the filmmakers have not revealed his role, sources suggest he will play the film's antagonist. Raghav, fresh off his success in 'Bads of Bollywood', has indicated he will be adopting a new look for this project.
Adding to the excitement, acclaimed music composer Anirudh Ravichander is set to create the film's score, and it is being produced on a grand scale.
Produced by SLV Cinemas, 'The Paradise' is slated for a major release on March 26, 2026, and will be available in eight languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, Spanish, Bengali, Kannada, and Malayalam.
