Mumbai, Sep 3 (NationPress) The producers of the Punjabi social drama, 'Ikk Kudi', featuring Shehnaaz Gill, have announced a delay in the film's release due to the catastrophic floods affecting Punjab. Initially set for a theatrical release on September 19, the film's premiere has now been rescheduled to October 31st.
In a statement shared on social media, the team revealed, 'The entire team of Ikk Kudi has decided to postpone the release of the film to 31st October 2025. Given the unexpected and severe flood situation across various regions of Punjab, we feel it is our duty to stand with our people during these trying times.'
They also mentioned that the 'Ikk Kudi' team is coordinating with different NGOs and is committed to providing support to Punjab during this crisis.
Directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, 'Ikk Kudi' features other notable actors such as Nirmal Rishi, Harby Sangha, and Udaybir Sandhu, among others.
