Shilpa disclosed plans to transform Bastian into a South Indian eatery called Ammakai while relocating Bastian to Juhu, rebranding it as Bastian Beach Club.
In a video shared on her official Instagram account, Shilpa was heard reassuring fans during a phone call, "No, I am not shutting down Bastian, I promise."
"I've received countless inquiries, and while I appreciate the love for Bastian, I urge everyone not to turn this affection into negativity. I am here to confirm that Bastian is not going anywhere. We have consistently introduced new culinary delights, and we are thrilled to announce not just one, but two exciting venues," she expressed.
Introducing Ammakai and Bastian Beach Club, the 'Sukhee' star enthusiastically continued, "We are going back to my roots with Ammakai—offering authentic South Indian Mangalorean cuisine at our Bandra location, while Bastian Beach Club will be in Juhu. I can't wait for everyone to indulge in these fresh flavors and experience the unparalleled hospitality of Bastian."

Just as a tree bears new fruit, our beloved Bandra restaurant is evolving into Ammakai, focusing on South Indian Mangalorean dishes that reflect my heritage. Your cherished Bastian is relocating to Juhu as Bastian Beach Club. So rest assured, BASTIAN is here to stay and going nowhere!"
Shilpa gave credit to her brother, partner, and CEO of their venture, Ranjeet Bindra, stating, "His vision and passion have been instrumental in transforming our hospitality business on this scale. Godspeed," she concluded her post.
