Mumbai, April 14 (NationPress) Actress Shruti Haasan disclosed that her preferred spot to relax is her stunning concrete kitchen at home.

Shruti took to Instagram, posting a video of herself preparing a salad with carrots, onions, and cucumbers, garnished with kimchi water, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

In her caption, she mentioned, “It’s been a while since I’ve been home in my stunning concrete kitchen, which is my favorite place to chill. It’s also been some time since I created one of these fun recipe videos, which I enjoy doing because I love sharing food and affection with those I meet…”

She continued, “This was super easy, and it’s super healthy and delicious (it’s even tastier straight from the fridge). Bon appétit!”

Regarding her acting career, the star will be seen alongside superstar Rajinikanth in the forthcoming film ‘Coolie,’ set to release worldwide on August 14.

On April 4, production house Sun Pictures announced the news via X, previously known as Twitter.

A tweet from the production company stated, “Sound-ah yethu! Deva Varraaru #Coolie worldwide from August 14th.”

Directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj, 'Coolie,' anticipated to be an action thriller, will feature prominent actors, including Telugu star Nagarjuna, Kannada star Upendra, Malayalam star Soubin Shahir, and Tamil star Sathyaraj. Bollywood star Aamir Khan is also rumored to have a cameo in the film.

The cast includes Rebe, Monica John, and Junior MGR in significant roles.

This film will mark the first collaboration between actors Sathyaraj and Rajinikanth in nearly 38 years.

The duo last appeared together in the blockbuster Tamil film 'Mr. Bharath,' which debuted in 1986, where Sathyaraj portrayed Rajinikanth's father. Interestingly, Sathyaraj had previously declined roles in some of Rajinikanth's earlier films like 'Enthiran' and 'Sivaji.'
