Mumbai, Oct 25 (NationPress) Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra kicked off his early morning filming for the eagerly awaited movie Vvan: Force of the Forest. Fans were treated to a sneak peek of his journey to the sets through his social media stories.

The actor posted a brief video from his car, showcasing the pristine blue sky visible through his sunroof, with the caption “#Vvan”. To set the mood, he played the soothing melody “Sooraj Ki Bahon Mein” by Dominic and Clinton in the background. Vvan: Force of the Forest is anticipated to be one of the most significant films in Sidharth's career.

In discussing the film, Vvan: Force of the Forest, which features Tamannaah Bhatia, is scheduled for release on May 15, 2026. The movie was initially set for a release around the Chhatt festival in 2025. In announcing the new date, Sidharth shared on social media, 'The Forest has whispered; the Force will be unleashed on 15 May 2026.' Prepare for an epic adventure on the big screen.

The film is characterized as a supernatural thriller that delves into ninja mythology and mysticism, exploring a realm where nature, faith, and the unknown intertwine. A recently launched AI-generated teaser showcased Tamannaah traversing a dark forest with a diya, while another clip depicted Sidharth exploring ancient ruins with a torch.

Reports suggest that Vvan is crafted as a cinematic marvel merging mythological themes with contemporary horror. This project holds particular importance for Sidharth, as it marks his first film since becoming a father earlier this year. He welcomed his first child with wife Kiara Advani and has now resumed filming.

The movie also stars Maniesh Paul and Shweta Tiwari. This folk-fantasy thriller is a collaborative effort by Balaji Telefilms and TVF Motion Pictures. The direction is helmed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar.
