Chennai, May 3 (NationPress) The much-anticipated film directed by Ramkumar Balakrishnan, featuring Silambarasan and Kayadu Lohar in leading roles, commenced its journey with a traditional pooja in the city on Saturday.
Produced by Akash Baskaran of Dawn Pictures, this project, currently referred to as #STR49, will feature music composed by Sai Abhyankar.
Insider reports reveal that Simbu will portray a college student in this film, stirring excitement among his fans, especially with Santhanam joining him—a beloved duo among college-goers.
Notably, Santhanam, who had previously shifted from comedic roles to lead characters, will return to comedy for this film. This unique choice stems from his close friendship with Simbu, who he credits for much of his success in cinema.
