Sonam Bajwa Joins Tiger Shroff in 'Baaghi 4'

Mumbai, Dec 10 (NationPress) The talented Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa has officially joined the action-packed franchise “Baaghi 4”, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, after her role in “Housefull 5” featuring Akshay Kumar.

Tiger Shroff took to his Instagram stories to announce Sonam's addition to the team, posting a photo of her with the caption: “Welcoming the new member of the Rebel Family! Thrilled to have @sonambajwa in the #Baaghi Universe #SajidNadiadwala's #Baaghi4”

The official account of Nadiadwala Grandson on X (formerly Twitter) shared the news of Sonam's entry, stating: “From the laughs of the #HousefullUniverse to the action-packed #BaaghiUniverse, #SonamBajwa is here to steal the show! Filming for “Baaghi 4” has commenced, and Sonam is anticipated to join the cast shortly.

On November 18, Tiger revealed the fourth installment of the “Baaghi” series, directed by A. Harsha, set to release on September 5, 2025.

“A darker spirit, a bloodier mission. This time he is not the same! #SajidNadiadwala’s #Baaghi4 Directed by @nimmaaharsha,” Tiger captioned the announcement.

A. Harsha is recognized for directing Kannada films such as “Birugaali”, “Chingari”, “Bhajarangi”, “Anjani Putra”, and “Vedha”.

The “Baaghi” franchise began with its first film in 2016, directed by Sabbir Khan. It is a partial remake of the 2004 Telugu film “Varsham” and includes a climax inspired by the 2011 Indonesian film “The Raid: Redemption”. The original film starred Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, and Sudheer Babu.

Following that, “Baaghi 2”, directed by Ahmed Khan, was released in 2018, based on the Telugu film “Kshanam” and featuring Disha Patani, Manoj Bajpayee, Darshan Kumar, Prateik Babbar, Randeep Hooda, Deepak Dobriyal, and Arravya Sharma.

The third installment, again directed by Ahmed Khan, took inspiration from the Tamil film Vettai and features Tiger Shroff, Riteish Deshmukh, and Shraddha Kapoor in leading roles.

Tiger Shroff made his film debut in 2012 with Sabbir Khan's action romantic comedy 'Heropanti', produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, which starred Kriti Sanon.

Since then, he has appeared in numerous films, including 'Baaghi', 'A Flying Jatt', 'Munna Michael', 'Baaghi 2', 'Student of the Year 2', 'War', 'Baaghi 3', 'Heropanti 2', and 'Ganapath'.
