She prefers her journey to develop naturally, without the pressure of rushing milestones. The contestant from 'Bigg Boss Season 17' remarked, “I’ve never subscribed to the idea that success follows a set timeline. Each person has a unique story, diverse responsibilities, and a varying pace. When you start measuring your progress against others, you lose sight of your own journey. It’s crucial to comprehend where you are, what you desire, and move forward with clarity instead of pressure.”

She also highlighted the challenges posed by today's social media landscape, where it’s simple to project an ideal life, which often isn’t the reality.

Soniya emphasized that true growth occurs in silence while one cultivates inner strength.

I continuously remind myself that growth doesn’t need to be loud or visible at all times.
