What Stallone Is Working On

On the professional front, Stallone is currently attached to Frisco King, a spin-off of his hit Paramount+ series Tulsa King. The original series, which debuted in 2022, stars Stallone as Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi, a New York mafia caporegime exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he attempts to rebuild a criminal operation — marking his first leading role in a scripted television series. Stallone made his screen debut in 1970 with The Party at Kitty and Stud’s, taking on minor uncredited parts in films such as Downhill Racer and Bananas before breaking through with The Lords of Flatbush in 1974.
