Mumbai, Feb 4 (NationPress) Actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently shared an inspiring moment of self-transformation that occurred during a difficult period on set.

In her latest podcast appearance, she recounted a time when she found herself in her caravan, engulfed by emotions, with tears threatening to spill. Despite her full makeup and the character she needed to embody, she realized she could not allow herself to cry. Bhatia expressed that, in that vulnerable moment, she opted to regain control of her emotions.

The 'Baahubali' star stated, “I was in my caravan when something distressing occurred. I was genuinely upset; my eyes were brimming with tears—but I had mascara on and a complete makeup look, plus I was portraying a character. I couldn't express my sorrow at that time. So, I reminded myself, ‘This is just one emotion, and I can transform it into whatever I wish.’ At that moment, I decided to convert that overwhelming feeling into joy. I’ve done this while looking at myself in the mirror, and it truly works.”

On the professional front, Tamannaah was recently featured in the Netflix thriller-action film 'Sikandar Ka Muqaddar', which revolves around a bold diamond heist and three primary suspects. She portrayed the character Kamini Singh, sharing the screen with Avinash Tiwary as Sikandar Sharma and Rajiv Mehta as Mangesh Desai. The film also included Jimmy Shergill as Investigating Officer Jaswinder Singh.

Tamannaah also made a striking cameo in 'Stree 2', captivating the audience with her performance in the song 'Aaj Ki Raat'.

Looking ahead, the actress is set to feature in the upcoming film 'Odela 2', which is directed by Ashok Teja and produced by D. Madhu, with Sampath Nandi as the creator. Bhatia recently unveiled a poster from the film, providing a sneak peek at her portrayal as a devoted Shiva worshipper, which has already ignited excitement among her fans.
