Mumbai, Dec 22 (NationPress) The title song ‘Azaad Hai Tu’ from the anticipated Ajay Devgn film ‘Azaad’ debuted on the airwaves this past Sunday. The launch event featured Ajay Devgn alongside Aaman Devgan, Rasha Thadani, Abhishek Kapoor, and Pragya Kapoor.

This captivating song is performed by the renowned singer Arijit Singh, with music crafted by Amit Trivedi and lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. It beautifully illustrates the bond between animals and their beloved companions.

Discussing the song, Amit Trivedi stated, “Every song has a story to convey. When Gattu (Abhishek Kapoor) explained his vision for ‘Azaad Hai Tu’, I immediately understood that the music needed to differ from the typical love songs we often create. Depicting the genuine relationship between animals and their caregivers was an innovative concept, and crafting the ideal melodies became our top priority.”

He further added, “Upon learning Azaad’s story, I instantly knew the right musical direction. As a team, when we finally heard the composition, there was an immediate connection not only with the music but also with Azaad himself. That’s when we realized we had achieved the perfect soundtrack for ‘Azaad Hai Tu’.”

Abhishek Kapoor remarked, “The core of ‘Azaad Hai Tu’ is about capturing the unconditional love and loyalty that animals offer us. We aimed to portray the profound nature of this relationship and the remarkable sacrifices animals make to safeguard their guardians.”

“Azaad Hai Tu reflects the rich emotions and sentiments shared between Azaad and his caretakers. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, the film is directed by Abhishek Kapoor. It is scheduled to hit theaters on January 17, 2025.
