In the clip, he effortlessly lifts heavy weights while sporting a cheeky caption: “If you still look pretty while lifting... you aren’t lifting heavy enough.” The ‘War’ star demonstrates his strength and determination to surpass his limits, all the while pulling amusing faces as he lifts.
During the video, Shroff showcases his chiseled abs and ripped muscles, with Ash King and Clinton Cerejo’s track “I Love You” playing in the background. Shortly after Tiger uploaded the video, fans flooded the comments section, lauding his commitment to fitness. One admirer commented, “The strongest man on earth,” while another noted, “Yeah, a good indicator for knowing if we’re training hard enough to progress.”
Shroff has consistently been a proponent of leading a healthy lifestyle and maintaining fitness, often sharing his rigorous workout regimens and training advice with his followers.

On the professional front, the 34-year-old actor will soon appear in the upcoming action film “Baaghi 4,” the fourth chapter of the action series.
The producers recently revealed its release date and unveiled the first poster, featuring Tiger in a gritty look. In the poster, the actor is depicted sitting on a commode in a dilapidated toilet, covered in blood. He grasps a machete in one hand and a bottle of liquor in the other, with a cigarette hanging from his lips. His intense stare is locked onto the camera, radiating raw, fierce energy.
The poster hints at a dark, action-filled narrative, with a “4” etched into the wall above Tiger and the intriguing tagline, “This time, he is not the same.”
