Tiger shared a video on Instagram showing his trainer preparing him with wrist supports before he lifted the weight.

He completed six repetitions of the deadlift while his trainer encouraged him from behind.

After finishing, Tiger exclaimed to his trainer: “Chachu bahut light hai!”

The actor captioned the post: “180 kgs still feeling light after 10 hrs of action…still the strongest in the room.”

Currently, Tiger is occupied with the fourth chapter of “Baaghi,” set to release on September 5. The film was announced on November 18 last year and will be directed by A. Harsha.

On his Instagram, Tiger revealed a poster of the film, showcasing him sitting on a toilet with a knife and a bottle of alcohol, with blood splattered on the walls, floor, and his face. The poster also depicts several deceased individuals on the ground.

“A darker spirit, a bloodier mission. This time he is not the same! #SajidNadiadwala’s #Baaghi4 Directed by @nimmaaharsha,” he captioned the image.

The “Baaghi” franchise debuted in 2016, directed by Sabbir Khan. It was a partial remake of the 2004 Telugu film “Varsham,” with a climax inspired by the 2011 Indonesian film “The Raid: Redemption.” The original featured Tiger, Shraddha Kapoor, and Sudheer Babu.

“Baaghi 2,” directed by Ahmed Khan, was released in 2018 and was a remake of the Telugu film “Kshanam.” This sequel starred Tiger alongside Disha Patani, Manoj Bajpayee, Darshan Kumar, Prateik Babbar, Randeep Hooda, Deepak Dobriyal, and Arravya Sharma.

The third installment, also directed by Ahmed Khan, drew inspiration from the Tamil film Vettai and featured Tiger, Riteish Deshmukh, and Shraddha Kapoor in leading roles.

On March 2, Tiger reflected on how the series not only shaped his identity but is also aiding his growth as an actor.

He remarked, “The franchise that gave me an identity and allowed me to express my eagerness to prove myself as an action hero…is now the franchise that is changing my identity. He’s definitely not the same this time, but I hope you guys accept him as you did 8 years ago #grattitude #SajidNadiadwala’s #Baaghi4 Directed by @nimmaaharsha.(sic)”
