Mumbai, July 6 (NationPress) Actress Tisca Chopra has embarked on a new journey as a writer. She disclosed that balancing her writing endeavors alongside her acting roles has provided her with an entirely different outlook.
The 'Taare Zameen Par' star expressed that she can now categorize gazing out of the window as 'work.'
In a recent post on her Instagram, Tisca shared, "Moonlighting as a writer between acting jobs has given me a whole new perspective.. like staring out of the window can be ‘officially’ called work etc .. A salute to all my writer friends; there’s nothing more intimidating than a blank page.. and effortless reading is incredibly tough writing.."
She further noted that authors are individuals who have honed their minds to misbehave.
While Tisca enjoys the act of writing, she admitted that she finds the paperwork quite unbearable.
Previously, Tisca mentioned that her experience on 'Jugjugg Jeeyo' was her most enjoyable shoot to date.
As the film celebrated its third anniversary, Tisca, who portrayed Meera Malhotra, penned a heartfelt message on social media.
Reflecting on her time working on the family comedy, she wrote on Instagram, "3 years of #jugjugjiyo .. and my second film with the exceptional @raj_a_mehta & @dharmamovies .. One of the most enjoyable shoots ever, alongside my forever favorite @anilskapoor and the always charming @neetu54 Comedies are a blast to film, and I’m sending a wish into the universe for my next comedic role."
Tisca also delighted fans by sharing a few of her scenes from the film, along with selfies featuring co-stars Anil Kapoor and Neetu Singh.
Directed by Raj Mehta, 'Jugjugg Jeeyo' also stars Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Manish Paul, and Prajakta Koli in significant roles, among others.
The film, produced by Dharma Productions in collaboration with Viacom18 Studios, premiered in theaters on June 24, 2022.
