Mumbai, April 25 (NationPress) Ahead of the upcoming web series, Kull, which premieres on May 2 on JioHotstar, the creators have released the show's trailer.

Set in the hauntingly beautiful royal city of Bilkaner, Kull tells the story of the murder of family patriarch, Chandrapratap.

Nimrat Kaur, portraying Indrani Raisinggh, remarked, “Indrani is a tempest behind calm waters, intricate, devoted, and subtly strong. Kull allowed me the unique opportunity to portray a woman whose strength is expressed through silence and whose loyalty burns intensely. It’s a narrative that doesn't shy away from the truth, and I take pride in being part of such an audacious project. Kull is a remarkable cinematic experience, and streaming on JioHotstar provides it with the platform it rightfully deserves.”

Ridhi Dogra, who plays Kavya Raisinggh, noted, “Kavya bears the burden of a waning legacy. She’s ambitious and driven yet profoundly afraid. There were moments during filming when her childhood trauma felt alarmingly real, impacting me emotionally. Some aspects of Kavya don’t resonate with me, as her incessant desire to be acknowledged, to matter, and to salvage something already doomed tells a different story. Collaborating with Nimrat and Amol felt like being in the eye of a storm—raw, unpredictable, yet incredibly rewarding. This role challenged me in all the right ways, and I'm thrilled for the audience to experience it.”

Amol Parashar, who portrays Abhimanyu Raisinggh, shared, “My character embodies chaos cloaked in charm. He’s fragile, furious, entitled, yet there’s a part of him that elicits sympathy. Portraying him was akin to peeling an onion; each layer revealed darker and more painful truths. Some scenes left me emotionally drained, feeling intensely personal. That’s the brilliance of Kull; it’s a profound exploration of fractured relationships, greed, and lingering guilt. When I learned that Ekta Kapoor was producing Kull and it would air on JioHotstar, I was genuinely shocked in the best possible way. It’s bold, innovative, and refreshingly different from anything we’ve seen before. I’ve always admired Nimrat’s strength, both on-screen and off. Watching her bring Indrani to life provided me with a solid foundation.”
