Los Angeles, Aug 13 (NationPress) Hollywood actress-director Zoe Kravitz has recounted her experience while staying at the home of her friend and pop superstar Taylor Swift, during a time when Los Angeles was facing devastating wildfires.
Zoe Kravitz, 36, disclosed that Taylor Swift, 35, graciously opened her doors to both her and her mother, Lisa Bonet, amidst the chaotic fires in Los Angeles, which led to a rather amusing episode involving her mother’s pet snake, according to reports from People.
In her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, she shared, “My mom brought her pet snake over, and we ended up staying for about two weeks.”
She elaborated, “Taylor’s home is a stunning property dating back to the 1930s, and it’s the kind of place you want to cherish and maintain. On the last day of my stay, as I was preparing to leave for work, my mom planned to stay longer, and I told her, ‘I really want to be a considerate guest. I don’t want her to even realize we were here.’”
According to People, the star of Blink Twice recalled a moment when her mother faced an unexpected dilemma. “She called me saying, ‘I’m in a bit of trouble, can you come upstairs?’ I found her crouched awkwardly in the bathroom.”
Kravitz remembered her mother explaining, “While washing my face, I put Orpheus (the snake) down for a second, closed the door, and she discovered a small hole in the corner.”
She described how the snake had slipped into “a tiny hole” in Swift’s bathroom, prompting Bonet, 57, to swiftly grab its tail. “The hole is next to a built-in banquette that has two drawers at the bottom,” she explained. “As I got down to the floor and started pulling the drawers out, the snake was moving further away, and I was in a state of panic.”
