New Delhi, Sep 12 (NationPress) Aiming to cater to the health and nutritional requirements of mothers and children, the upcoming Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan is set to launch 75,000 health camps throughout the nation. This initiative will be inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday, September 17, and will continue until October 2.

The health camps will be set up at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, Community Health Centres, and various healthcare establishments across the country. These camps will offer vital services tailored to meet the healthcare needs of women and children.

“The health of women is the backbone of every family! As part of the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan running from 17th September to 2nd October 2025, 75,000 health camps will be organized at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs and Community Health Centers to specifically target the health and nutrition needs of women and children,” stated the Ministry of Health in a social media update.

“Be part of this movement, visit your nearest camp, and secure a healthier future for your family,” it further encouraged.

Additionally, under this campaign, Poshan Maah will be celebrated at all Anganwadis to promote nutrition, health awareness, and overall wellness.

In earlier announcements, Union Health Minister JP Nadda mentioned that the “initiative is aimed at bolstering healthcare services for women and children across India, ensuring enhanced access, quality care, and awareness.”

This initiative will further support the Central government's vision of “inclusive healthcare,” according to Nadda, who also urged private hospitals and healthcare stakeholders to actively participate in this Jan Bhagidaari Abhiyaan.
