"Iran should have signed the deal I recommended. It’s a tragic situation leading to unnecessary loss of life. To be clear, Iran must not possess a nuclear weapon. I have repeated this countless times! It’s imperative that everyone evacuate Tehran immediately!" Trump shared on Truth Social on Tuesday.

The President also revealed plans to shorten his visit to the Group of 7 (G7) summit in Canada to actively monitor the growing tensions in the Middle East.

"I need to return as soon as possible. I must be back early for very clear reasons," Trump informed reporters during the summit held in the Canadian Rockies.

The White House indicated he would head back to the US due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East.

"America First encompasses many important principles, including ensuring that Iran does not acquire a nuclear weapon. Make America great again!" he added in another post on his social media platform.

In parallel, Israel issued an evacuation alert on Monday for a municipal area in Tehran, urging residents to leave swiftly ahead of impending Israeli airstrikes.

In a post on X, Avichay Adraee, a representative for the Israeli military, urged residents of District C in the northeastern section of the city to evacuate.

"In the coming hours, the Israeli army will conduct operations in this area, similar to actions taken in other parts of Tehran in recent days, focusing on military infrastructure linked to the Iranian regime," Adraee stated.

"Your presence here poses a risk to your life. For your safety, we strongly encourage an immediate evacuation," he emphasized.

District C houses several significant government institutions, offices, and communication and intelligence facilities, as reported by Xinhua.

The Israeli military declared that since the morning, their warplanes have targeted trucks carrying weapons and surface-to-air missile launchers moving from western Iran towards Tehran.
