Defence Minister Ahn Gyu-back engaged in discussions with Japan's new Defence Minister Shinjiro Koizumi during the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Defence Ministers' Meeting-Plus in Kuala Lumpur, as per the ministry.
