New York, Aug 13 (NationPress) US State Department Spokesperson Tammy Bruce affirmed that US relations with India are "good" while advocating for Washington's engagement with Pakistan. She emphasized that having a president who engages with all parties is advantageous.
"Our relationship with both nations remains strong," she remarked on Tuesday in response to a question regarding whether US President Donald Trump's outreach to Pakistan's military leader Asim Munir would jeopardize his rapport with Prime Minister Modi.
"This is the advantage of having a president who interacts with everyone, fostering dialogue to unify differences," she stated in support of Trump's diplomatic efforts toward Pakistan.
