Counselling and What Comes Next
The NTA has clarified that it bears no responsibility for the counselling process. The Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will manage admissions to All India quota seats in government, government-aided, national, central, and deemed universities established under a central act, as well as designated state and Union Territory institutions. State and UT quota seat counselling will be conducted by the respective counselling authorities based on AIAPGET 2026 merit, subject choice, domicile eligibility, and applicable reservation policies.
The AIAPGET 2026 was administered by the NTA on behalf of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), in consultation with the Ministry of AYUSH. Eligible and qualified candidates are expected to watch official channels closely as AACCC counselling schedules are announced in the coming weeks.
