New Delhi, Oct 7 (NationPress) As Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated 25 years of public service at the helm of government, BJP leaders nationwide praised his significant contributions and the remarkable achievements India has reached under his guidance.

On this milestone, PM Modi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the citizens for their ongoing trust and support, vowing to work with even greater resolve to realize the vision of a 'Viksit Bharat'. It was on October 7, 2001, that Narendra Modi first took the oath as the Chief Minister of Gujarat. Now, as he embarks on his third consecutive term as Prime Minister, he enters his 25th year of uninterrupted service in public office.

Union Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, remarked to IANS, "This day holds immense significance for Indian democracy. On October 7, 2001, a transformative figure entered Indian politics, reshaping the fate and image of Gujarat and ultimately the entire nation. When Narendra Modi became Chief Minister, Gujarat was facing a crisis, but he navigated it with extraordinary courage and propelled the state forward."

He noted that Prime Minister Modi adheres to the development-focused ideology.

"In just 11 years, the country has reached unprecedented heights. The nation's global standing has improved significantly. The Modi administration has accomplished what once seemed impossible—from the construction of the Ram Temple to enhancing rural India—all achieved under PM Modi's leadership," he added.

BJP National Spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari described this as a 'historic day', stating, "For 25 years, uninterrupted, he has served with dedication, selflessly working for the populace from Gujarat to the entire nation. Initially, he transformed Gujarat, and now, he is shaping a Viksit Bharat."

"In just 11 years, PM Modi has positioned India as the fourth-largest economy. Millions have been lifted out of poverty, and inflation has been curtailed. This illustrates PM Modi's deep understanding of the challenges faced by the impoverished. No other leader globally can achieve this—only a statesman of PM Modi's caliber can," he added.

Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha praised PM Modi as the 'son of Maa Bharti' and noted the significant progress the country has made across various sectors under his leadership, which makes every citizen feel proud.

Chhattisgarh’s Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma expressed, "Today is exceptionally special—marking the day he first took oath as Gujarat's Chief Minister. Throughout his tenures, he has consistently dedicated himself to the nation and inspired others to contribute to the country. I wish him a long life."

Shiv Sena National Spokesperson Shaina NC commended PM Modi's governance as 'exceptional'.

In her remarks to IANS, she stated, "PM Modi's time in Gujarat and at the Centre has demonstrated that his guiding principle is the 'politics of performance'."
