Hyderabad, September 8 (NationPress) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has officially declared the appointment of 22 office-bearers for its Telangana unit on Monday.
The new appointments include eight vice-presidents, three general secretaries, and eight secretaries, among other positions.
N. Ramchander Rao, the state president of BJP, revealed the list of office bearers after receiving approval from the party's national president, J. P. Nadda.
The appointed vice-presidents are Burra Narsaiah Goud, Kasam Venkateswarlu Yadav, Bhandari Shanthi Kumar, M. Jayasree, Kolli Madhavi, Jarupulavath Gopi (Kalyan Naik), Raghu Nath Rao, and Banda Karthika Reddy.
The three general secretaries include N. Goutham Rao, T. Veerender Goud, and Vemula Ashok.
The secretaries consist of O. Srinivas Reddy, Koppu Bhasha, Bharat Prashad, Bandaru Vijayalakshmi, Sravanthi Reddy, Karnam Parinitha, Baddam Mahipal Reddy, and Tutupalli Ravi Kumar.
Devki Vasudev has been appointed as the treasurer, Vijay Surana Jain as the joint treasurer, and N. V. Subhash as the chief spokesperson.
Additionally, the party has announced presidents for seven morchas, with Mekala Shilpa Reddy leading the Mahila Morcha, Ganesh Kunde heading the Yuva Morcha, and Baswapuram Laxminarsaiah at the helm of the Kisan Morcha.
The SC Morcha will be led by Kanthi Kiran, the St Morcha by Nenavath Ravi Naik, and the OBC Morcha by Gandamalla Anand Goud. Sardar Jagmohan Singh will head the Minority Morcha.

Rao was elected as the state BJP president on July 1, succeeding Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, who had been in office since 2023.
Under Kishan Reddy's leadership, the BJP contested the Assembly elections and the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Although the party managed to win only eight seats in the 119-member Assembly, it significantly increased its Lok Sabha seat count to eight.
