New Delhi, Jan 26 (NationPress) - The country eagerly anticipates the upcoming chess achievements of woman Grandmaster Divya Deshmukh, stated Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant on Monday during the presentation of the Dynamite News Young India Country Award to the talented chess player.

“This is a proud moment for all of us. These young achievers have brought immense pride to our nation. We look forward to your future accomplishments,” the CJI remarked at the event.

During his speech, CJI Surya Kant commended the Dynamite News Award jury for its efforts in identifying and honoring young talent across various disciplines.

Senior IAS official Sanjay Kothari praised Divya for her extraordinary achievements and acknowledged her parents, Dr. Namrata and Dr. Jitendra Deshmukh, for their unwavering support throughout her journey.

A distinguished jury consisting of Justice Ranjana Desai, Sanjay Kothari, Prof. Chinmay Pandya, and Dr. M.C. Mishra selected three awardees — Manu Bhaker, Ruma Devi, and Divya Deshmukh — for the Dynamite News Young India Country Award.

The award includes a citation, plaque, shawl, and a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh for each recipient.
