Pilgrims who throng the Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy Temple in Vemulawada — one of Telangana's most visited Shiva shrines — will see Rs 99.40 crore directed at development works around the temple complex. State governments across the Telangana era have consistently invested in the pilgrimage infrastructure here, and this round is the most substantial single announcement in recent memory. Administrative Muscle: RDO Offices, Tahsildar Offices, Sub-Registrar

The package addresses a persistent governance gap in rural Telangana: inadequate physical infrastructure for revenue and registration offices. Foundation stones were laid for two RDO offices in Sircilla and Vemulawada, four Tahsildar offices across Thangallapalli, Veernapalli, Vemulawada Rural, and Rudrangi, and a Sub-Registrar office building in Vemulawada. These buildings are unglamorous but consequential — citizens seeking land records, mutations, or registrations routinely travel long distances to offices that are underfunded and overcrowded.

Rudrangi gets a 10,000-metric-tonne-capacity warehouse with ancillary units — critical storage infrastructure for an agricultural district where post-harvest losses from inadequate storage have long hurt farmer incomes. On the law-and-order side, a women's police station in Vemulawada and two traffic police stations in Vemulawada and Sircilla were added to the slate.
