Lucknow, June 8 (NationPress) Indian cricketer Rinku Singh is officially engaged to Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj on Sunday in Lucknow, with plans to tie the knot on November 18 at the Taj Hotel in Varanasi.
Attending their engagement ceremony were family members from both sides, along with notable political figures such as Akhilesh Yadav, Dimple Yadav, Jaya Bachchan, Ram Gopal Yadav, and Shivpal Yadav.
The BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla was also present, conveying his best wishes to the couple. Unfortunately, many of Rinku's cricket teammates couldn't attend, as the Indian Test squad had already departed for England in preparation for a Test series commencing on June 20.
Former Indian cricketer Praveen Kumar was there to share his warm wishes with the couple on this memorable occasion.
