CM Gupta emphasized that August, being the month of India’s Independence, is a perfect time for the government to commit to achieving “freedom from garbage” in Delhi.
With strong public participation and robust inter-departmental coordination, the campaign aims to ensure that citizens genuinely feel that the capital has attained “freedom from garbage”.
