New Delhi, June 14 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta, along with her Cabinet, is poised to launch 33 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs today, representing a significant advancement in the primary healthcare framework of the National Capital.
Among the 33 centers, Gupta will inaugurate one in person and unveil six others virtually. The remaining centers will be inaugurated in person by six Cabinet ministers, each designated to their respective regions.
On the same day, Gupta will also launch Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendras at 15 state-run hospitals in Delhi, aimed at improving the availability of affordable generic medications for the public.
The health department has reported that all 33 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, which consist of 29 primary health centers and four sub-centers, are already operational.
